Employment Assistance Fund

The Employment Assistance Fund is an Australian Govt. Fund supporting modifications and adaptations to create meaningful employment. If you’re a person with disability looking for support to start your own micro-enterprise or an employee of an organisation in agriculture and need assistive equipment, from an adjustable desk, modified vehicle or a drone check out the EAF website.

  • AgrAbility USA - AgrAbility is a consumer-driven USDA-funded program that provides direct education and assistance to farmers and family members with disabilities

  • Inclusive Farm UK - Inclusive Farm was created in the UK to provide people with disabilities a meaningful route into agriculture—empowering them with the confidence and hands-on experience to pursue a fulfilling career in farming.

    Farm deaths or injuries

    Workplace accident and injury insurance systems - Australia has 11 main workers’ compensation schemes that connect the injured worker to services and support from the employers’ workers’ compensation insurer. 

    There is a scheme for each state and territory and 3 Commonwealth schemes. Each one is governed by different laws and may vary in the way it operates.
