Ability Agriculture offers lived‑experience‑led industry consultation to help organisations understand the real barriers, challenges and successes experienced by people with disability in agriculture. Our insights come directly from our community — farmers, workers, families and rural professionals — providing an authentic perspective on inclusive employment, safe task design, adaptive equipment and workforce participation. This consultation supports the Ability Agriculture Foundation’s mission and values by ensuring industry decisions, projects and policies are informed by genuine lived experience and grounded in the realities of agricultural work.
