Supporting Mental Wellbeing Series

We’re excited to share a new short article series, Supporting Mental Wellbeing, created in partnership with Sarah Crosthwaite from Open Road Counselling — a dairy farmer and mental health professional based in Victoria.

Across this conversational series, Sarah brings together her lived experience in agriculture and her work in rural mental health to offer practical insights, gentle reflections, and supportive guidance for individuals and families in farming communities. Each article is designed to feel relatable, down‑to‑earth, and genuinely useful for anyone navigating the pressures of agricultural life.

This series has been proudly supported through our Qantas Regional Grant, helping us continue to share resources that strengthen wellbeing, connection, and resilience across rural Australia.

We look forward to sharing Sarah’s perspectives with you and hope these pieces spark conversations, support, and shared learning within our community.
